Personal Experience
Zachary K. Allen is an associate representing clients in construction dispute cases involving design errors, construction defects, construction liens, payment issues, and construction contracts.
Prior to joining Sasso & Sasso, Zach was an associate at Florida’s largest insurance defense firm. There he represented carriers in workers’ compensation matters, general liability and premises liability. Early on in his career, he gained valuable experience as a private criminal defense attorney primarily practicing in Palm Beach, Martin, and St Lucie counties.
Zach earned his B.A. in Political Science and M.S. in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama. He was an active member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and served as a Graduate Student Senator in the Student Government Association. He received his J.D. from Barry University School of Law, graduating with a certificate of High Honors in Trial Advocacy and Litigation Practice. He served as an executive officer of the Human Trafficking Awareness Coalition.
