Meet the attorneys of Michael C. Sasso, P.A.:
The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education has certified all of our attorneys as specialists in Construction Law. This is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of competency and experience within an area of law, and of professionalism and ethics in practice. In order to obtain this certification, the attorneys must:
- Show substantial involvement in construction law for at least five years
- Pass an examination administered by The Florida Bar
- Satisfy peer review assessment of competence in the specialty field as well as character, ethics, and professionalism in the practice of law
- Satisfy continuing legal education requirements in construction law
In addition, our attorneys regularly lecture at Board Certification seminars presented by The Florida Bar.
Our paralegals are also required to register with The Florida Bar or to work towards achieving that level of competence. We work hard to stay completely current with the ever-changing aspects of construction and commercial law.
